Project Overview

Full interior & exterior repaint of a residential community amenity building — lobby, multi-story common areas, private theater, and exterior facade.

This project required coordinating around resident access schedules to minimize disruption to the community. Our crew worked in phases to keep common areas functional throughout, finishing well ahead of the HOA's seasonal deadline. Special attention was given to the multi-story lobby atrium, where we used extension equipment and high-durability finishes specified by the property manager.
