These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the River Valley Paint Service website at rvpteam.com. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using rvpteam.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site only and do not constitute a contract for painting or related services. Any work performed by River Valley Paint Service is governed by a separate written contract or proposal.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site (including the private investor portal), interfere with the Site's operation, or use it in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with another party's use.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs of completed projects, case studies, articles, downloadable resources, and the River Valley Paint Service name and brand — is owned by or licensed to River Valley Paint Service and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our prior written permission.
Any pricing, timelines, scope summaries, or capability statements presented on the Site are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is created only when a written proposal is signed by both parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.
