Project Overview

Full exterior commercial repaint of a large auto facility — surface prep, primer, and finish coats on a high-traffic commercial building.

Large commercial exteriors require extensive surface preparation before any coating is applied. This project involved pressure washing, spot priming of failing paint areas, caulking of gaps and penetrations, and a full two-coat exterior paint system on a high-visibility commercial facility. The work was sequenced to minimize impact on the facility's daily customer traffic, with crews working early mornings and around the perimeter in sections.
