Project Overview

Exterior coating and interior repaint of a municipal water authority campus — government-spec finishes, safety-compliant coatings, and training facility interiors.

This multi-building campus project involved exterior coating of utility structures, safety-striped floors in operational areas, and a full repaint of the training and administrative facility. All coatings were specified to comply with municipal standards and selected for durability in a high-humidity operational environment. RVP coordinated directly with the authority's facilities director to manage access and sequencing across the campus.
