Project Overview

Full commercial tenant improvement — exterior storefront repaint and complete interior repaint of a commercial driving school facility.

This tenant improvement project was completed between operating sessions to minimize business disruption. Work included exterior storefront preparation and a fresh commercial-grade paint system, plus a full interior repaint with Sherwin-Williams commercial products in the classroom and office areas. The project was completed in two weekend shifts, allowing the business to resume operations on Monday without interruption.
